Meet me, your coach. I found a passion for fitness following my highschool athlete glory days.
I strugged with my weight going into college and through my first 3 years while I was discovering my passions and where my life would take me in the future.
I found fitness as an outlet; a way to feel strong, build my confidence and to feel like I belonged in my body and transform it into a home I loved.
I know how it feels to start over from square one and to continue to show up when motivation and time are low.
My newfound passion for fitness lead me to eating well to fuel my body and sparked my interest in learning more. Not only learning more about nutrition, but about fitness as well. This passion brought me to BASTYR, where I completed my bachelors of science in Nutrition and Exercise Science.
Following graduation, I’ve enjoyed helping others gain strength, confidence, and an understanding of what it means to fuel your body in a healthy, easy, sustainable way.
